For partners
The expedition relies on a multi-partner model rather than a single title sponsor. Each tier corresponds to a level of commitment, visibility and access. The expedition's editorial independence is preserved in all cases.
Tier 1
Structuring commitment, high visibility (press kit, film opening titles, project page). Premium Data Hub access, private PDF deck, private screening. One or two references per programme.
Profile: institution, structuring brand, foundation. Significant minimum commitment over time.
Tier 2
Material or technological contribution. Targeted visibility (ARION page, dedicated communications). Premium Data Hub access for the relevant scope. Documented field feedback in real-sea conditions.
Profile: tech brand, equipment maker, supplier of polar or maritime solutions.
Tier 3
Support for a specific item (a sensor, a sail, a survival suit). Mention in the supporters list. Access to the journal and standard data deliverables.
Profile: SME, association, contributor focused on an identified gap.
Discussion pipeline
Mutual presentation, alignment of objectives, identification of the most relevant tier. No commitment.
Sent under NDA: budget, milestones, deliverables, precise commitments.

Signed partnership agreement. Mutual commitment on deliverables, calendar, editorial independence.
Calendar: partner meetings run until late July 2026 to allow contractualisation before departure. Beyond that date, still possible but with less logistical room.
